Affiliate · Performance · Partnerships

Hi, I'm Isha. I build affiliate programs that turn partners into predictable revenue.

Four sides of the affiliate business — I work all of them.

Advertiser side

Affiliate Program Management

End-to-end program ownership: strategy, partner recruitment, commission structuring, optimization, and revenue growth across 7 major networks.

Publisher side

Publishing & Monetization

Owner-operator of 10 content, coupon and deal websites — so I know exactly what makes a publisher say yes to a pitch.

Data side

Tracking & Attribution

Conversion tracking, discrepancy resolution, incrementality, fraud monitoring, reconciliation, and KPI reporting to leadership.

Founder side

DTC E-commerce & Paid Media

Self-built Shopify ventures and Meta ad campaigns optimized to CPP and contribution margin — I understand a brand's unit economics from the inside.

About

Both sides of the affiliate table.

Most affiliate managers have only ever sat on one side of the table. I've spent years on both — running advertiser programs inside the world's biggest networks, and owning the publisher websites those programs depend on.

That means when I pitch a commerce editor, negotiate a commission tier, or evaluate a publisher's traffic quality, I'm not guessing — I know what the other side is looking at, because I am the other side.

I'm an independent, self-directed operator: I've built affiliate businesses from zero, launched my own e-commerce ventures solo, and led teams — while staying close to the dashboards. I follow the industry closely at events like PI LIVE London and Affiliate World Bangkok, including the shift toward AI-powered search and agentic commerce.
